Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

Baseball & Softball Clinics

Bedford Babe Ruth Refund Policy Effective 5/1/24 If you notify BBRBS in writing prior to the draft or being assigned to a team, you will be refunded your registration in full, less a $20 processing fee. If you notify BBRBS in writing after the draft or after being assigned to a team and before the first game is played, you will be issued a 50% refund. If you notify BBRBS in writing after the first game, there will be no refunds. In the event community health concerns warrant cancellation of programs, BBRBS will refund an appropriately prorated amount up to the full amount. In the event that BBRBS cancels a program, league, or season, BBRBS will issue a full refund. Players suspended from playing time or expelled from the league will not be entitled to any refund of registration fees. All requests for refunds must be submitted for consideration to the BBRBS Board of Directors by email to playeragentbbrbs@gmail.com. If you have requested a refund, please note that it may take up to 10 business days to process the refund.

Travel Baseball Programs

Babe Ruth is in the process of updating it's refund policy beginning for the summer 2024 season. Once the policy is finalized, we will post the policy to the website.

Travel Softball Programs

There are no refunds for BBRBS events.

Spring Baseball

Any player wishing to withdraw from a BBRBS program or league after his or her fee has been paid in full, must do so in writing, to the BBRBS Board of Directors. Pre-Season/program refund requests will be processed minus an administration fee. Once the season has begun, refund requests will be considered only upon written request to the BBRBS Board of Directors for cases of illness and/or injury that prohibit the player from participating in the sport of baseball or softball for the balance of the season/program. Upon receiving this written request, the player’s withdrawal date will be established. Refund requests will be granted on an individual case by case basis.

Spring Softball
