Sponsorships are an important part of the BBRBS program to ensure that all kids that want to play can play. Last year BBRBS sponsorships provided funding for:
Financial aid for a record number of boys and girls. We expect the need for scholarships to grow again in 2020-21.
Safe equipment – we have a continual need to replace worn out equipment.
Travis Desiato and John Hart Memorial Scholarships which honor two graduating seniors. The criteria is simply players who participate based on a love of the game. Providing these scholarships is a great honor for our league.
In addition, BBRBS continues to support and pursue improvements to current fields and new playing field opportunities working with the Town of Bedford.
